Dean Webb – Owner/Broker

Dean has worked for 10 years as a Financial Analyst in the Health Care and Energy industries. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance and a minor in Economics. Dean is currently pursuing his MBA from University of Wisconsin Whitewater with an emphasis in Information Technology Management.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Wisconsin Realtors®Association and Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors®. He has worked with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on a number of projects and has received the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR).

Dean co-founded Everest Realty Group, LLC with a belief that an independent and technologically savvy firm, with the right balance of professional experience and educational background, can provide superior results and better value to its customers.

Dean values community involvement and is supporter of the American Cancer Society, United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund.

Outside of real estate Dean loves spending time with his wife Anna and two sons, Maxwell and Owen, Brewers baseball, indie music, traveling, investing and technology.

Jeff Serak – Owner/Broker

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He also attended University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for his Masters of Business Administration (MBA). After working in Corporate Finance for 3 years, he decided to pursue his passion for real estate and co-founded Everest Realty Group, LLC. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Wisconsin Realtors®Association and Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors®. Jeff believes in bringing exceptional service to his clients through professionalism, ethical behavior and always putting his clients needs first.

In his free time Jeff volunteers at several organizations including WI FACETS, Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin, and the United Way.

When he is not helping his clients with their real estate needs, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife Annie and taking their dog Murray on walks by the lake. He is involved in community sports activities such as basketball and football. He also coaches high school basketball at St. Anthony’s High School. Jeff also enjoys playing golf when possible.

Jay Smith - Sales Agent/Attorney

Jay became a Sales Agent with Everest Realty Group in March 2010. Jay is also an attorney, practicing with the law firm of Neuberger, Wakeman, Lorenz, Griggs & Sweet located in Lake Mills, Wisconsin.

Jay graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Political Science and German Studies and a minor in History. Jay graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2007. Upon his law school graduation, he earned a Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute.

Jay’s legal practice focuses in the areas of real estate, business, estate planning, probate, and sports law. Jay’s experience as an attorney provides a huge advantage to his real estate clients because he is familiar with the legal intricacies of the law related to real estate and lending, while also understanding the business side of any real estate transaction. He is also a skilled negotiator and works well with people of all different backgrounds. Jay prides himself on his professionalism and diligence in his work as both a Sales Agent and as an attorney.

Jay is involved in several community organizations, including the Lake Mills Rotary Club and the Lake Mills Optimist Club. He also serves on the board of directors for the Lake Mills Area Community Foundation and the Lake Mills Main Street Program.

In his free time, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends. He is also an avid sports fan, who enjoys watching and playing several sports, including basketball and golf.

Mike Plank - Sales Agent

Mike joined Everest Realty Group in August 2009 and obtained his Sales Agent license in December of 2009.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Psychology.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Wisconsin Realtors®Association and Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors®. Mike's clients enjoy his easygoing personality and the refreshing perspective he brings to the table. Mike considers his client's satisfaction his #1 priority. In addition to real estate, Mike is a certified Emergency Medical Technician. In his free time he enjoys coaching youth sports and traveling.
